Southside Commons Apartments

Don't trust this Apartment complex or the Leasing manager Crystal, she's not honest and lies about everything!! My unit constantly flooded, the sewer backed up in my kitchen, and in all my sinks and bathrooms. And when I called housing and the city of jacksonville I was told to Vacate because the owner refused to sanitize my unit. I'm in a wheelchair which I had to fight for a ramp to get into my unit. I have congestive heart failure. The mold made me sick. I left not owing any money and these people lied and said I owed them money for what? They put that lie on my credit report. I will definitely be sueing them

I just went to south side commons and got approved within a week and move in Shaun was a very great help and was the best assistant manager that ever help me I really appreciate and love my new home
