The place is very nice and has a very family-friendly atmosphere. The person who served us is named Vicente and he is very kind.

I've had a really good experience Southside Apartments. The apartments are affordable, cozy, and NEW. The property manager is super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows what he's doing. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their next home.

Vincent did a great job of showing me the property, explaining and detailing the amenities and specials, and answering any questions I had. I can tell this place is going to fill up fast.
