I rent here but they honestly do suck. The phones never work and constantly switch management every few months. Can’t get through to no one on the phone. Phone has an automated line but it hangs up. Makes it impossible for people who work during the day who can speak to a manager or anyone

These apartments are horrible… I lived here for 2 years and I have to say these people absolutely do not care about taking care of these apartments. There’s mold all over the staircases, creepy back door entrances to apartments where homeless people tend to hangout. A/c units get pushed in and people can easily break in(has happened to me). Maintenance is lazy you will literally have to speak to the property manager to get anything fixed . For example my A/c unit constantly died on me and instead of replacing it in this 100 degree weather they would just come in a reset the circuit. This would lead to the a/c unit shutting off again and if it’s a weekend and u have no A/c they make no effort to answer emergency maintenance calls, so you would be left to either buy fans to stay alive or boil alive in your apartment. The toilets and water systems are extremely faulty . My toilet never flushed properly & every week my water would be shut off for Atleast an hour around 9 am , meaning if I woke up and had to go to work around that time I would have no water to shower or brush my teeth. Please do not rent from these people they do not care about your wellbeing. Honorable mention I paid for pest control and signed up for it at the front office as requested and no one ever came to spray or kill any pest ,there is a wasp nest literally right by my front door and every time I walked out the house I wore a hoodie just not to get stung. The amenities are unusable pools have been out of commission for the past 2 years washers and dryers at night time .STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

The worst condominium ever. If anyone is looking for a place to rent, I advise you to look elsewhere. This condominium is completely useless. The management is absolutely terrible, the maintenance staff are the worst of all. If something breaks, they're incapable of fixing anything. All they do is patch it up, and the next day you're back to square one. They don't care and have no conscience. If you have a small child, the air conditioners don't work at all. You report them, and they don't care. And if you have a child, even less so, because while you're suffering watching a child in the heat, they're at home with their air conditioning. My advice is to look elsewhere if you don't want to have a bad experience. They have an emergency number that they don't answer, and when they do, they trick you like a little kid, saying they'll come to your house to fix the problem, but they don't. The supervisor is disrespectful; instead of trying to solve the problem, his response is that he doesn't get paid for overtime. None of them have any conscience or care about anything. If something breaks, you have to file reports for days and days because they don't do anything. Then, when it comes to collecting rent, they're quick to send messages three days before the first of the month. As if people didn't know, these apartments all deserve to be shut down due to malfunctions and the lack of respect shown to tenants.

I'm speechless at the lack of respect and the little value they place on the tenants of this condominium. Not to mention that right now there's a one-year-old girl who's been reported out of service since June 6th because the air conditioning unit has broken down four times, and they only patch it up, never provide a real solution. Only the maintenance man, named Luisito, came to try and fix it, but he couldn't because it's not his job, but at least he came to try. Meanwhile, the girl's father spoke with the maintenance supervisor, who told him that he wasn't paid overtime to come and fix things. And I wonder what the manager of this place is doing to direct her workers, who don't seem to understand that the tenants of this community represent them, especially the children, who shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of shoddy workmanship and the poor follow-up on broken items. Yet, when it comes to demanding payment of their bills, they're quick to act, but they don't have the same level of professionalism when it comes to fixing things. For anyone looking for housing... Don't come here to rent because everything here is very bad, this place should be closed once and for all, and the manager needs to be replaced, as well as the supervisor, and everyone in administration is new.
