Shadow Bay Apartments

Big thanks to Property manager Dorothy for making my move in happen and her excellent customer service made everything feel amazing 20/10 experience

Please either fix the AI agent that schedules the apartment tours, or hire a web dev. I tried to schedule a tour for Shadow RIDGE apartments in Tallahassee, not Shadow Bay (same company; Morgan Properties). I get there and she says that there were no tours available and that AI scheduled the tour. I drove an hour out and was disappointed for the second time as this happened at another apartment as well. Anyway, I realized the scheduling tool set me up for a tour here at Shadow BAY in Jacksonville. Again, the apartments are owned by the same company. It should not be so hard to see the place you're trying to move into. Please contract a real web developer that can build a scheduler that actually works on both websites. Most people will not fill out that application without seeing the unit first…which is smart. Hope this helps.

The leasing office is always so nice and helpful. Also, the maintenance handles request on time. And I always feel safe have never had any problems
