So far so good with Seagrass Apartments. Maintenance is timely, operations are run smoothly, and staff are very friendly. Robyn has been incredibly helpful with the entire leasing and move-in process!

Since you won’t let me reply to your reply I’ll edit this Here are photos. There are literally no shields on your lights and they shine directly into second and third floor apartments. Putting Shields does not diminish the safety of the area You just do not care about your residents Parking was more convenient before you started putting up reserve signs and charging extra to use them now parking is limited and people have to park further away from their apartments when they carry groceries luggage whatever because you limited the parking just to make an extra dollar I’m sure whatever code you’re following doesn’t say shine the light directly into the apartments. You advertised it as testing the lighting and when I made a complaint about your test, you just said there’s nothing we can do; so which is it were you testing or not words matter Also provide the specific code section requiring this fixture and explain why a shield, house-side shield, or full-cutoff fixture cannot be used to prevent these lights from lighting up my apartment through the closed blinds? I’m assuming the answer is you went with the cheapest method with no concern to your residents. And your pricing may be matching the market, but the quality of your apartment complex does not and more importantly, your customer service and management does not You owe me a carpet cleaning that I put in a maintenance request for several times that you ignored I’ve lived here under the old management company and property management staff to this new management company and new property management staff and the transition is a complete downgrade

We had a few issues with our original apartment ending up not being for lease and Kay was so helpful. She was on top of our situation making sure we were supported throughout.
