River City Place

Horrible place to stay everything in the unit does not work had to call the city twice on them . The women In The office Kasie llowiecki even referred to me as “you people” ofc I am of color . The ac unit stop working the month I moved in which was 4 months ago they refuse to fix it my gas stove leaks they refuse to fix that as well as everything was dirty and disgusting when I moved in. I had to pay my own cleaner . The people in the offfice are ignorant I even had the police called on me for asking when the ac would be fixed a week after I was told it would be fix and then I was told I was no longer able to be in the office and I was told I can only communicate through email although I am ignored through email all because they refuse to fix there units everything is outdated and dirty ! just horrible all around place to live DO NOT COME HERE. The 5 star reviews are definitely fake

Do not move out here they do not answer their phone whatsoever! I had a squirrel sneak into A HUGE CRACK in my front room and the front office people did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. I also have a roach problem and they keep ignoring me telling me I’ll have to wait but when it comes to paying rent IM ON TIME. DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE SQUIRRELS LIVING IN YOUR HOUSE.

Horrible customer and awful management

My friend hasn't even moved in yet and it's already a nightmare. They've had us waiting until the apartment was ready for almost 3 weeks now. We were told to come pick up keys twice yet still no apartment. My friend has had nowhere to go with his children. Having paid them and still paying at a hotel is just wrong. The leasing manager seems as if he's lost and doesn't know what to do. The last time he said to come get the keys there was a 30 minute wait or so he said it would be. I went to the store and come back and guess what the office was closed. Not to mention I kept calling to check and see if the keys were ready with no response. I can already see that there are gonna be problems. I am trying to encourage my friend to just find something else but he wants to be patient. They're already very much so inconsiderate of people's time and funds

I haven’t moved in yet but the property manager was very nice and showed me around, very clean and nice liked it so much i move in in 12 days very excited
