I wish i could give this place zero stars!!! i moved in a renovated unit and had rats after only 4 months in my apartment and upon moving out after a month of no communication from the office , except one attempt of pest control when i have a 2 year old son , the property manager ignored every attempt to speak to her and all my emails , the rude lady wit the bald head full of black spray dismissed me rudely. they have did nothing but make terrible apartments pretty with no fix of the foundation. my downstairs neighbor can even hear rats scratching in the walls , definitely roach infested and painting over mold and mildew I had legal aid assist me on breaking my lease! it is a reason there are so many empty apartments out here please think twice before moving to this place. tons of money waisted to have to up root me and my child but i refuse to live in those conditions i work to hard to put my child health at risk and live with rodents. HATE THIS PLACE

Ms. Georgette was very pleasant during my tour. Was able to see a 1/1 that was very spacious and comfortable. Only downside is that there’s no washer/dryer in the unit. Ms. Georgette was very patient with me regarding having to reschedule due to coming from Georgia. I am hoping that some of these bad reviews have been corrected. Seems like a nice place.

This is nasty & I usually leave my comments to myself however, today I’m sitting here thinking enough is enough. Moving in originally I had to bomb 19 times & I have the pictures, the laundry room is never working, has mold inside of the washers. The apartment complex has roaches inside the walls, meaning it doesn’t matter how clean or a neat freak you are, you are guaranteed to see one. The sockets does not work in neither bathroom, I placed a maintenance request some time last month still no luck. I am moving out soon & recommend you to try another place. A tenant moved downstairs, I saw them one time & they never returned. I guarantee you they moved out because of the bugs.

10/10 would highly recommend Miss Georgette. She was very respectful, helpful, and courteous with her time. Overall, she provided an outstanding experience. She made sure to communicate everything she was doing, and the communication was always fast and easy. The entire process took less than a week. Sia.
