🚫 My Real Experience – Not Recommended I do not recommend living in these apartments at all. My experience was negative from start to finish. To begin with, they require a deposit of over $2,000, claiming the apartments are remodeled, which is not true. When I was shown the apartment, I made the mistake of not inspecting it carefully. Once I moved in, I found multiple issues: * The apartment was dirty * The carpet had stains and cockroaches along the edges * The bathroom had a pre-existing defect (although they attempted to fix it, it was still obvious) * The dishwasher had dirty dishes inside I reported all of this on the inspection form they provide at move-in. During my stay, maintenance was poor: * Requests were ignored * Repairs were marked as “completed” when they were never done * I had to repeatedly follow up to get any response When I moved out, I left the apartment clean and without any additional damage. Even so: * I was charged for cleaning due to stains that were already on the carpet * I was charged for the bathroom damage that existed from the beginning * The inspection form I filled out “disappeared,” so my reports were ignored It has now been over 4 months, and I still have not received my deposit back. Additionally: * They said the deductions letter would take 60 days, but it arrived after more than 90 days * After that, they still have not returned the remaining balance * It is almost impossible to get in touch with management * The manager is never available * They promise callbacks that never happen In summary: They promise one thing, but reality is completely different. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no follow-through on returning your deposit. ⚠️ I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Here, you will only lose time, money, and peace of mind.

Love this complex am moving in soon and Genesis and Helen have been just amazing fully recommend to move here!!!

I advise against moving to these facilities. My friends are having a very bad experience due to the poor management of the place, as they are still waiting for their rental deposit to be returned, which is their right, more than 5 months ago.

My friend Hany is waiting 5 months for the security deposit, this is unacceptable, give her back she is a good person and don’t deserve this.
