Pickwick Flats

Pickwick Flats is a wonderful place to live. It is quiet and peaceful, but still close to great shopping. The units are very peaceful, especially since nobody has neighbors upstairs or downstairs (all units are side-by-side). My unit is an end unit, so my unit is only attached on one side. It’s like a semi-attached house. Many units, including mine, have fenced-in backyards. Jennifer is the manager and she is wonderful. Thomas and Victor are the maintenance staff, and they are incredible. The community here is very nice as well. There are a lot of fun activities for residents, too. Neighbors really look out for each other. I have family living here as well, and we are all very happy here. Pickwick Flats is truly a great place to live!

Nice looking property and everyone was really nice, they have single story apartments which is what I'm looking for since I can't get up and down stairs too well. Amanda who showed me around was great and let me know about when they'd have a availability again, location is pretty ideal for what I need nearby too so hope to make a move here when I have a chance!

We love Pickwick Flats! The staff is wonderful and we are so grateful to. them, especially Jennifer, for all they do for us. Our maintenance staff, Thomas and Victor, cannot be equaled. The quality of their work, the speed in which the work is done, and their pleasant demeanor is another reason why Pickwick Flats is so special.
