Park South at Deerwood

Place was older and a bit run down, but clean and maintained. Property manager was very knowledgeable and nice. Sounded like owners mommy company wet working to update place

I’m Joy and the personnel in the office are perfect for their jobs! I dealt with Cathryn the most and she is amazing. Everything is great living here.She delivered exactly what is said and I am very happy here. It’s quiet and safe.

I am extremely disappointed with these apartments. Ever since I moved in, I have had a serious roach infestation. There are roaches everywhere, and despite reporting the problem to the leasing office multiple times, nothing has been done to permanently fix it. The maintenance staff comes by but doesn't actually resolve the issue, and the roaches keep coming back. On top of that, I have been sick three times since moving here, and I am very concerned about the living conditions. No one should have to live like this after paying rent every month. I would not recommend living here. Management needs to take residents' health and safety seriously and address these problems instead of ignoring them!!!!

I lived here for almost 3 yrs..The staff always acted on any problems i had in a timely manner..I enjoyed the peaceful community and met some great neighbors..It was a great place to restart my life and I felt safe
