The pizzeria is closed in the middle of summer and the children are on vacation and can't swim. Please, we need the pizzeria open; that's what we pay for.

There’s not lights in the parking for over 2 years And the pool doesn’t work Always a problem with the a/c

Please don't come live here. Been here for 2 1/2 years and Been having problems with my air-conditioning ever since I moved here. But now it's the worst. 3 months with no air-conditioning. Now it's the breaker. I have grandchildren that I baby sit. I cry every day. My Husband works in landscaping. And I'm still with out air-conditioning. Yes I'm living this month. Never Fail with my rent. Always on time. Don't know were to ask for help. Nobody last more than 6 months here. It 😔 what they doing to us...So update they brought me new air-conditioning. Out side and inside. Thank you very appreciated Oxford hall. Sorry for the review. Understand 2 months was hard on us. And never said Maintenance were bad. I get along with all of them
