Update - my ac was finally fixed after two weeks. It was leaking which caused water come up under the floor and carpet. . When I first moved in there were roaches and bugs I got rid of them with my own money. The apartment was also dirty upon move in. I been here for almost a year but will be moving at end of my lease.. also residents do not pick up their animals poop manager does not enforce it so there is piles of dog poop all over the property. It’s just not as clean. Unfortunately when I moved here I had to move in a hurry so I didn’t have time to tour or search apartments.

The apartments are spacious, the grounds are clean and well maintained, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Oasis at San Marco!

I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well maintained, and the grounds are kept clean. The management team has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and the staff did a good job communicating throughout the process. The community is generally quiet, and I felt safe living here.

These are really nice apartments-me and my wife went to check them out and we left impressed and we will strongly consider moving here. THANKS KRISTEN
