This apartment is AMAZING! I Love everything! It’s so open and spacious. The high ceilings, large bathrooms, closets and balcony really makes it feel like home. The management members have been spectacular along with the maintenance staff. I highly recommend moving here. It’s the best decision I’ve made in years!

I once lived here and they can’t keep it safe for the people that live there!!! I had someone shoot into my apartment and nothing was done to prevent it from happening again !!! But they will evict you after and then send you a bill for repairs that you didn’t do!!! Not a good place to rent from wouldn’t recommend renting from them … they don’t like it when you call them out on their bs so I guess they’ll send you a bill for something you can’t do because I was asleep when my super safe appointment was shoot into!!! You know this super safe place that I was shoot at when I lived there!!! But it’s safe because Katie doesn’t live there anymore you know that person that JSO has evidence on but you don’t have a good place to rent from or safe for that matter

The maintenance team here is fantastic. Dennis and CJ are always friendly, fast, attentive, and are very knowledgeable on anything you could need between regular repairs and rush emergency calls.

I truly enjoyed the time that I have spent here at Monterey. The front office staff is very nice and quickly reply to any questions or concerns I ever have. Maintenance is great as well friendly and always come quick for repairs. They staff always gets the community involved with give aways and lil celebrations like back to school and cereal bars. Inside the apartment are modern high ceilings and up to date appliances in the kitchen and laundry rooms. My family and I love it here at Monterey🩷
