Monaco Arms Apartments

The pool hasn’t been active in 20 years, The leasing agents and property manager rotate every six months. The apartment itself is OK. It could be better but overall, I’ll probably give it a three.

Need everything

Ratchet, neighbors are loud and don't care nothing about it. They play music outside till damn near 2 o'clock in the morning on ANY DAY! Arguing/fighting all times of day and night. It's ridiculous, this apartment complex is NOTHING what it use to be. They have a pool but it hasn't been open or functional for years now.

My apartment was exceptionally clean and well-organized. However, there were a few issues that arose. Firstly, maintenance personnel would unexpectedly enter my apartment, either through the management or without any prior notice. I had to request that they inform me in advance. Secondly, I moved out in March.Monaco Arms had unstable management and lack of staff. Despite this, I still haven’t received my security deposit and it is July. Additionally, I was asked to display my unit as an example of expectations, which clearly indicates that I left no issues with the unit. Aaliyah H
