Mirage on Kernan

I just want to say I moved into my unit not even a week ago, and my allergies started going haywire. I informed Michelle in the office that there was too much dust and moisture in my unit. She noticed in my voice how sick I had gotten due to my allergies. She sent the wonderful maintenance guys Yordy and Primo to come out the next day. and replaced my stove, dishwasher, and deep cleaned my ac closet of dust. Since maintenance arrived I have been breathing better and my overall quality of living has improved drastically. I just want to say everyone’s experience isn’t the same, but mine has been pleasant thus far. Thanks guys!!

The application process was extremely smooth. Michelle was very happy and sooo amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helped me and guided me through the whole process. The staff here were all very nice. I’m so happy about my new home. Being around

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Mirage at Kernan Apartments. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. I appreciate how responsive and kind the management team is. They communicate clearly and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s rare to find an apartment community where you genuinely feel supported, but Mirage at Kernan delivers that experience. I highly recommend Mirage at Kernan to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to live!

I have lived here for 2 years and I LOVE IT!! I had a 3/3 and the apartment is so nice- no complaints at all. Anything that needed fixed was taken care of by maintenance very quickly which is so nice. CINDY in the office really has made my entire stay memorable. She is incredible, super helpful and friendly! She’s a big reason I stayed so long and don’t wanna leave! Thank you Cindy!!

Stopping by to give a BIG thanks to Ms. Cindy. Less than 72 hours after finding the mirage & setting up a tour. I applied & was approved right away same day as the tour, resulting in me spinning the “New Resident” Prize Wheel. I then WON A 50 Inch Smart 4K TV.
