Miller Creek Apartments

We enjoyed our stay living here, and the landlord was great to work with. Our power bill was always low. My one real complaint was that parking is very tight but when the entire complex isn't rented out it's just fine.

I was stationed in Jacksonville, Fl with my Fiancé for 2 years and we were SOOOOO lucky to find this hidden gem. It was such an amazing living experience from the first day to the last. When I was away on tasking I knew that my fiancé was safe and surrounded by amazing neighbors. Mr. Sid was such an outstanding landlord and always made sure to take care of any problems ASAP. I really only have good to say about this place and hope to find something similar here in Texas!!!

Property was great, so were the neighbors. I could never get my AC filter in right, so I just ask that they do them all the time, and they happily agreed. If I ever find myself in need of rental space again I pray they have availability!

Our experience staying at Miller Creek Apartments was exceptional and we were saddened to leave upon relocating out of the state. We loved the small, considerate, and kind community. We regularly saw our landlord Sid who was personable and attentive to anything that came up. Our unit fit our needs perfectly and we did not want for anything. The view of the creek and quaint neighborhood was such a peaceful and comfortable environment to return home to, while also being in close proximity to San Marco, Riverside, and down-town. And, all of this came at a very reasonable price with flexible management that never tried to nickle and dime us or increase our rent. We would recommend this place to anyone who is interested!

What a beautiful place to live ! Miller Creek Apartments are gorgeous apartments with a friendly, active landlord. Every moment I spend in Miller Creek Apartments is an absolute pleasure. Truly a hidden gem in Jacksonville.
