Manchester Apartments

This is my second year living at the Manchester Apartments. My experience has been pleasant and peaceful. Management has always tended to any and all issues in a prompt manner. Big thanks and appreciate goes out to Ms. Prescott and Jermaine. There has been many updates to the complex and I feel as though our voices as tenants are heard moreover valued.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management constantly harasses tenants and seems to enforce rules unfairly. We weren’t even allowed to grill near our own unit and were told to walk all the way to the front of the property, yet I’ve seen other neighbors grilling without being told anything. I would not recommend moving here. They denied my service dog and created unnecessary problems for me. They also entered my apartment without proper notice or a valid reason on multiple occasions. Many other tenants have complained about management entering their apartments as well. There is very little privacy here, and I feel that tenant rights are not respected. I even contacted the city to file a complaint, and they confirmed that my rights had been violated. On top of that, random charges would appear on my account with little to no explanation. Management has also been dishonest about several issues throughout my time living here. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly suggest doing your research and reading other tenant reviews first.

This has been a great experience. Just to say Ciara Prescott made it all possible with such a warm smile with a great attitude so caring and understanding Ciara truly care about the tenants making the tenants feel at home. She is the best apartment manager that I have ever known, she Makes sure everything is done correct And that the tenant is very satisfied and just to say maintenance is great. Also, I will advise anyone. This would be the place to call home Manchester apartments…love it you won’t regret it

Forcing tenants to remove their own washer and dryer so they can forcibly rent one to them

Manchester just told all of their tenants they have 2 weeks to remove their washers and dryers so they can install their own and then charge them a fee for using the new washers and dryers. Avoid this place like the plague
