This community offers spacious, open-concept apartments with tile flooring and a convenient location close to shopping, schools, and downtown. While many residents praise the friendly staff and efficient maintenance for handling issues quickly, some have experienced slower responses to maintenance requests, especially for urgent matters like AC repairs, and ongoing concerns with pest control and noise.

Seems to be ok, new in the area, so far no problems other than the rare noise from music from somewhere

I had a very disappointing experience with the current management team at Magnolia Point Apartments. While I was pregnant, I was involved in an accident and was hospitalized. I informed management of my situation, and I felt that my circumstances were dismissed when I was told they were “a business” and could not help me. When I requested the contact information for the regional or corporate manager so I could escalate my concerns, the leasing office refused to provide it. In my experience, Assistant Manager Leyla Nieto was rude and unprofessional during our interactions. I felt threatened by comments she made about being “professional at work but not outside.” As a pregnant tenant, this made me feel intimidated. I was also accused of throwing my keys at her, which I disputed. My recollection is that I placed the keys on her desk, and I have evidence supporting my account. I was told there were security cameras, yet I was never shown any footage supporting the accusation. I also had an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) that I had previously reported. Despite this, I was accused of failing to disclose my ESA, even though I have documentation showing it had been reported. I also felt that Tyra Jackson made assumptions about my situation and accused me of lease violations without providing adequate supporting documentation. Throughout the process, I did not feel that I was treated with empathy, fairness, or respect. I respectfully ask the property owner, regional manager, or corporate office to contact me directly to discuss these concerns and work toward a fair resolution. I hope ownership reviews the conduct of the current management team and takes steps to improve professionalism, transparency, accountability, and the treatment of residents. The management is very poor. We scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance, contacted the office several times, and completed the rental application. We were promised that the apartment would be ready for us to view on the scheduled date. However, when we arrived, they told us that the apartment they planned to rent to us still needed repairs and was not available. We only had two weeks left to move into a new place, so this last-minute change caused us a great deal of stress and wasted our time. Very disappointing experience.
