I came in Saturday to complete application had a appt at 1 was running behind due to unforeseen circumstances but Ms. Rhonda stayed behind even though she was off to help assist which I appreciate her so much. She is so kind ! Application was smooth hoping for approval !

Moving to Jacksonville was a big transition for me and my children, and choosing Maddison Palms Apartments was truly the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, Rhonda and Santana helped me through every single step of the process. They made sure everything was smooth, easy, and absolutely perfect before I even moved in — and they have continued to check in and make sure everything is running perfectly to this day. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel welcomed and supported. As a mother, having a safe, stable, and comfortable home means everything, and Madison Palms has given us exactly that. This is the one apartment community I can truly call HOME. My children love it here, and I love it even more. I walk through my home every day giving praise to God for blessing us with this place. I’m not planning to move anywhere anytime soon — Madison Palms Apartments is where we belong. I’ve been living at Madison Palms for 8 months now, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Yasmarie, Santana, and Rhonda — they are hands down the BEST team I’ve ever encountered! Their energy is so loving, warm, and genuinely helpful. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel truly cared for, and these three absolutely do. Madison Palms is lucky to have them, and so are we as residents.
