My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with the leasing team at Lost Lake Apartments! Jennifer has been amazing from the very beginning. She made the application process so much less stressful by always responding quickly, answering our questions, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. I also want to recognize Devan, who helped us on a Saturday while Jennifer was out. She was just as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and it was reassuring to receive the same excellent customer service. Thank you, Jennifer and Devan, for making this process so easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done and look forward to becoming part of the Lost Lake community!

Recently moved in, and my experience has been wonderful so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. I’m excited to be part of this community. A special thank you to Ms. Devan for handling all my paperwork, Ms. Ashley for helping me find great offers, and Ms. Jennifer for being so helpful throughout the process. Their support, professionalism, and kindness made everything much easier and stress-free.

I was having a hard time finding a place, a place that felt peaceful, nice, comfy and most importantly... a place that felt like home. I am so thankful I met Jennifer Diaz because she went about and beyond on making sure I was well taken care of. Not only did she stay attentive but also made sure I got what I wanted. Any issues I had, was handled with kindness and professionalism by devan and was take taken care of swiftly. Not to mention Ashley, the minute I had an issue with the portal, I was met with understanding, especially when you are respectful, she will go above and beyond. I was skeptical about moving her but the more I enjoy the views, the hospitality, amenities, neighbors and the apartment. I am sure I made the right decision. Can't wait to barbecue this summer with friends. Did I also mention they have both machine and free weights!!! Im going to enjoy my time here.
