Jackson Palms Apartments

Ive only been here a week so far but, moving from Virginia here was the smoothest process with the help of Ms MaryAnne and Mr Eddie. My husband and I LOVE our apartment, very modern, clean and spacious. No complaint with our rent price! Every penny is worth it. Jax Palms is also in a decent area near many food choices, grocery stores and entertainment. Neighbors are quiet but friendly, parking is easy and pets areas are clean! I love it here.

Do Not move here … it’s not a gated community like listed the gates DO NOT CLOSE, you do not have access to the Gym unless the office is open , you don’t have access to the pool bathrooms unless the front office is open, the pool is over ran by groups of unsupervised kids that have 0 respect for others ruff-housing and almost trampling over small kids that can’t swim and they’ve front office does nothing… our car was vandalized… car next to mine was broken into … trash on multiple occasions is overflowing because no one holds the tenants accountable for letting 5-16year olds take out the trash that they drag down the street and then can’t get into the compactor… this complex is only 2 and a half years old and has been destroyed by the ppl they rent to it’s honestly a shame because the ppl who run this place live on property.

I love my new apartment here at Jackson Palms. I feel that it’s a luxury apartment at an affordable rate. Everyone at the front office has been super nice and professional from Eddie management to Mary Anne that showed me the apartment and helped me with the move in process. I moved here in December but wanted to wait till I was settled in so I can give an honest review. 10 out of 10 for the staff here at Jackson palms. Thank you Eddie and Mary Anne for making my move in a simple and easy process. Thank you Mary Anne for always being available if I need anything regarding my apartment. So happy I chose Jackson palms to be my new home and I’m sure for many years to come.
