DO NOT RENT AT GREGORY COVE. My experience living here was terrible, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. First, maintenance is awful. They take forever to fix anything. Every time I reported an issue, the office acted like it wasn’t important and always had the same excuse that maintenance was too busy. Meanwhile, I saw maintenance doing other things instead of fixing residents’ apartments. My other neighbors even moved out because maintenance never fixed their broken doorknob. They didn’t feel safe in their own apartment, and I don’t blame them. I saw so many people move out because they were tired of dealing with the same problems. Second, the office staff is unprofessional. When my lease was ending, TIFFANY tried to scare me by saying I could be charged another month’s rent even though I wasn’t renewing my lease. Instead of helping, she made the whole process stressful. The only person I trusted was the manager, but it was almost impossible to get in touch with her. Everyone else just backed Tiffany instead of listening to residents or trying to help. The biggest reason I left was because I no longer felt safe. While I was deciding whether to renew my lease, someone shattered my car window in the parking lot, and nothing ever came from it. Then my neighbor told me her fiancé had been shot at while they were living there. That was enough for me to know I needed to leave. They’ll even change your locks before your 30-day notice is over and before the move-out date you gave them. I still had personal belongings in the apartment but they locked me out before I had the chance to get everything. They never called, emailed, or gave me any notice that they were changing the locks. As far as I knew, I still had the legal right to access the apartment because my 30-day notice had not expired. This apartment complex looks nice until you actually have a problem. Once you’re living there, don’t expect maintenance to care, don’t expect the office to help, and don’t expect to feel valued as a resident. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live.

There are a lot of cockroaches, if something breaks they take forever to fix it, the maintenance staff are terrible, I wouldn't recommend living there. You pay the rent and they come back and charge you again; in other words, the maintenance service is awful. Although the manager and Mercedes are nice.

The new office staff is the best. They are very helpful and make sure you get the things you need done. They never have any problems answering any questions you have.
