Grand Oaks Apartments

It's been a pleasure staying at Grand Oats so far so good Everything's been good

I’ve been renting for a year the apartments are nice and quiet however , they Could improve on cleanest and pest control. The new managing company is unreachable and not as helpful or organized as the previous managing company.

It's truly an utterly disgusting place, filth everywhere, something unparalleled. Cats and cockroaches are everywhere; they even walk all over you while you're sleeping. The humidity in the apartment is unbearable. For me, it's the worst place I've ever lived. I've been here almost a year, and in that time, they've never cleaned the hallways. Cleanliness is definitely not a hallmark of this place, among other things. I can't wait to finish my contract and leave this horrible place.

Quiet living, friendly staff, quick maintenance response!!! Would definitely recommend to others! Alysia was a pleasure to work with and made move in very smooth and stress free! Andre is quick to respond to maintenance calls. Very happy with my choice to move to this apartment.
