So a great this is one of the cleanest dorms that I've ever seen in my life the management here is unreal the a r do a wonderful job taking good care of the students it's very clean perfectly located to downtown campus within less than 10-15 minutes by walking and everything else that's around there it's amazing so if you're looking for a cool place for your young person or you're thinking about going back to school and you need a cool place to stay I highly recommend FSCJ pronounce school but for their cool dorms. Wow you don't want your kid to go here I guarantee it

The place is roach infested it’s roach infested in every single room. It’s the worst save your money . The neighborhood is downtown the people are crazy . It may seem okay but over time it gets worse and worse

Security guards were nice but the rooms from the previous tenants were unkept so they need to fix that so the burden wouldn't be on all new tenants..
