Elements of Belle Rive Apartments

I lived in this apartment complex for year and I had an amazing experience! I came to the states a last year and i was really scared. Luna is so amazing, in-fact the whole team is. The maintenance team was so cooperative, every service request was completed with in 24 hours. Our dryer broke down and they changed it with in a week. The location of this place is also ideal as it is close to almost everything. All in all it was a year very well spent. I would like to thank the management and the maintenance team for making this place feel like a home.

Horrible management by team leader Luna!!!! Don’t be fool in the beginning when touring the Elements of Belle Rive Apartments. Oh they will be very, very, nice, helpful and oh how can I help you. Part 1 THIS IS SERIOUS: My Experience as a single woman: I was stalked and harassed by their male tenant of 4yrs in building 15 who is married and lived next door to me. I sent an email to Luna.(mind you she claimed she had no clue as we were discussing all the extra charges on me moving out. Luna was covering her you know what) but I told them (I have emailed proof I sent it). I was being harassed constantly by his verbal sexual advances of telling me not to tell his wife that he came to my door asking me if I wanted to smoke and that he can help me around my apartment because he is very handy and that he doesn’t mind coming over when I need him because he doesn’t like his wife of over 20 something yrs. No thank you. A tree would have a better chance with me. He said, “It’s cheaper to keep her.” And the main reason why I try to put up with it is because he told me was moving away in 3 months. And in his sneaking over he said he was just released from a mental hospital and that he was in the psych ward for 2 weeks. I notice after the ward. He was ringing off my ring cam a lot more just to ask if I needed anything. That’s when things got even more unbearable. I started being stalked and followed to work. Now the first time it happens I’m like no can’t be him. That would be weird. As I walked into my job I saw his truck. And I’m like no that can’t be. Well then I check my Ring cam 2 mins after I left, he left. Smh!!!! More sexual verbal harassment and yes my boyfriend wanted to do something and 23 yr old my son wanted to do something because they were scared for me if one of them couldn’t meet me at my car as I parked. And I told them: One he is on mental med(s) (he told me) and two he carries a pocket gun ( he told me) three my encounter with him was under the influence of alcohol and Marijauana (because he sneaked over 2 mins after his wife left and asked me if I wanted to smoke with him and showed me it). No I don’t smoke. I don’t know how to smoke. I even told my co worker’s and my clients who are officers what should I do and should I make a police report and break my lease. My true talking to people to see if they ever dealt with this situation before and how they would handle it. I stayed as long as I could because the apt is close to my 2 jobs and close to my son’s college. But more importantly, He said he will be working in another State soon or moving in 3 months. Well that never happened. So my year renewal lease with the Elements was miserable and there was no peace when I parked, enter or leave building 15. There was times I had to either not go home or stay at my boyfriends who lives 45 mins away from the apt. Or even timed my arrival’s when my son got off from work. I was stalked for the entire year extension of my lease renewal.

I LOVE this community! The staff is amazing,especially Luna, who is a wonderful property manager. The grounds are well-maintained and the screened in patios are so nice.

Have been here now for 8 years and very much appreciate life here. Was tough getting adjusted at first moving from a quiet rural area up north, but eventually got used to the traffic noise on Southside, weekly landscaping and even the big mufflers. There are less of those now than there used to be! And frankly I think this area of Jacksonville generally has become a bit quieter, particularly with improvements over on Bay Meadows the past couple of years. Management is now very considerate and respectful of tenants. The units are older, but I feel more secure in these units than some new ones I've visited elsewhere in Jax. The faux wood and tile floors are very easy to care for if you have pets! Maintenance is responsive and helpful. Water quality is fine and power or internet outages are few considering FL thunderstorms. Occasionally cell phone coverage isn't 100% but that's due to cell tower issues with growth in Jax as I found the same near Phillips Hwy at my office - with both major carriers. The landscaping is lovely with all the mature trees - it's very nice to walk around and the shade is great on hot days. Ponds are great - lots of birds - many Canada geese and ducks - you'll see babies in the spring! Also visited by other water birds including herons. You can't beat the location for shopping - it's close to everything, and the entrance to I-95 is just seconds away. This is a very good place to live!
