This property offers a generally quiet atmosphere and is animal-friendly, with some modern-feeling apartments and a staff often described as friendly and direct. However, some residents have experienced issues with older hardware in units, concerns about the unreliability of amenities like the pool, and a perceived lack of responsiveness from management regarding maintenance and pest control.

They don't take responsibility for the bugs inside the apartments. They say they're not responsible for that or that they'll talk to the "manager," but they never do anything about it. Besides, if you get hit in the parking lot and want to know who did it, that's not their problem. You can't see the security camera footage unless you report it to the police. 😐🤦🏻♀️ So what's the point of having cameras? They simply don't care, only about the money. If the apartments were nice, it would be worth paying rent, but with such terrible service, who wouldn't complain? At least have some empathy for the residents…
