Been here for about 3yrs office and maintenance have always gone above and beyond, they are accommodating and reliable. Never had a issue living here!

I have lived at Driftwood Apartments for a year and half now and i couldn't be happier! Sunny (Heron Pointe)and Athena (Driftwood) the property managers, are so friendly, kind and professional! Life is hard but these two women are always there for me and always understanding! This property is awesome! Both properties have gone under major renovations and with all the stress of change, both women have been amazing...always sending emails of what is to come and follow thru with what they say is gonna be done! Maintenance is awesome too! I love this property, small and homey! That comes from management! Sunny and Athena really care for their residents!

I am quite pleased with my new 1bdrm. The community is friendly, quiet and filled with gardens and decorations. We are a long walk to the beach. We have a dogpark and small park next door. Athena is our property manager and is awesome. Brian is our Community's Maintenance Tech. His friendliness is only surpassed by his competence! They both care! I renewed my lease a year later!
