Cypress Cove

I think I made a bad decision when I did this with this community from the things I’ve experienced. There are a lot of spiritual people that lives in this community as well and people that do things that I would never imagine a person could do to somebody daily from What’s been said about a certain person in the community things against that person to vote her out the community which is very sad. It doesn’t matter what your religion is. I believe you should have free Will and free choice to move and be comfortable where you live. It’s been very toxic in that community. i’ve been sick. My child has been sick as well. Don’t understand what’s going on. I don’t even feel safe. It doesn’t have a gate to the community. Haven’t gotten no risk since I’ve been in a community due to all the chaos and the noise and crazy things that I’ve heard about a certain person that lives in Talking about voodoo which is crazy Constantly have to Wake up make sure my kids OK as well do too the crazy things I’ve been hearing just by being in this community. I haven’t spoke to the lady in the rent office and she act like she didn’t even care about anything. basically she works against you. It’s very sad that you can’t be in a community with people of different nationalities They just one person that moved into the community of superstitious belief very horrible

Ever since I moved into Cypress Cove, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Not only do I love my exact apartment, but the staff is outstanding. Michelle, in particular, is phenomenal her communication is top-notch, she’s understanding, patient, and always knows how to resolve any issues. The maintenance team is also incredibly humble, generous, and respectful they’ve fixed everything promptly, and I’ve never had a single problem. If I could, I’d rate this place even higher than what’s allowed!

I lived here for almost 5 years. I left due maintenance issues, taking forever to address my concern. I complained about the leak in the ceiling multiple times, and they took forever to respond. And because of that, I got sick. I was coughing bad and hear my wheezing. But when I was a new tenant; they were super quick! I moved to multiple units building when I was living here thinking maybe it's better. No, I was wrong! I think they pick who they want to be nice with. People smoke weed, creepy neighbors, someone threw poop on my car 2x, and someone stole my staff. And some neighbors don't put leash on their dog that one time I almost got bit. Good thing there was a neighbor that was nearby and helped me (it wasn't their dog). Also, one time I came home super late at night and this drunk dude knock on my window. The complex is super old. You can see web and rust on the stairs. They kept saying they will fix it but NOPE! I see roach all the time.

Excellent place to live

Shout out to community communication, and the maintenance team, always come within minutes , our ac clanked out simple fix for those guys. They work extremely hard and are very professional and polite. Thank you again ! O yea this was on a late Friday as well, very professional!
