Residents often praise the friendly and efficient maintenance team, especially Jose, and appreciate the numerous amenities like pools and a gym, along with ample parking and a convenient location for daily commutes. This is one of the worst places to live! They don’t care about you, if your ac is working properly, pools have been shut down for the entire summer, most equipment in the gym is broken, and I know the palmetto bugs are not anyone’s fault but I find at least 1 or 2 every single day, sometimes more. I see pest control out here often, but what is actually being done!!! I live in a 2 story unit and upstairs is at least 10 degrees hotter and that’s when my thermostat reads 80. I’ve asked for an HVAC company to come take a look because obviously something isn’t right, they said steps are to be taken before they can do that and No one ever came back to do anything, we don’t have lights or ceiling fans upstairs to get some sort of air circulation. I’ve asked for portable unit for upstairs. They took my screws and replaced them with one that I have to have a tool to get them off at the air handler to change the air filter. I asked for them back, never brought them back. I had to get me own. They could care less what the property looks like! It’s just awful! False advertisement here for sure!!

Don't move here unless you're okay with $400 electric bills and non functional AC. I've lived here three years and they refuse to fix it.

PLEASE READ BEFORE U MOVE!! I honestly cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone. This has been, without question, the worst apartment experience of my life. I've never been so stressed or frustrated by a place that I'm supposed to call home. I've cried more over living here than I ever thought I would. The biggest issue is the roaches. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment. It doesn't matter how much you spray, bug bomb, or spend your own money trying to fix the problem—it never gets better. From my experience, the infestation has been relentless, and I felt completely helpless. I also never felt like management took the issue seriously enough. I have so much fear inside my own home that I wear shoes at all times because I'm scared of stepping on or running into another bug. I know that might sound unbelievable, but it's the reality I've been living. I see bugs every single day. Every. Single. Day. That's not an exaggeration—that has been my personal experience, and it's taken a huge toll on my mental well-being. Your home is supposed to be your safe place, not somewhere you constantly feel anxious about what's crawling across the floor. Another major problem is the front office. I've called countless times during business hours different times of the day, and no one answers the phone. Yet when I've walked into the office, I've seen multiple employees sitting at the front desk while the phones continue to ring. It's incredibly frustrating and makes you feel like your concerns don't matter. Living here has been exhausting. I pay rent to have a safe, comfortable place to live—not to constantly battle pests and struggle to get someone in the office to respond. One last thing: if you're reading all the glowing reviews, keep in mind that I personally witnessed prospective residents being encouraged during tours to leave positive reviews. And based off all the comments I’ve seen on reviews. That’s the only reason why this place has a good rating is just because of how well they do tours. This place has been absolutely disgusting to live in. If you're considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I signed my lease. I'll be counting down the days until I move out in March, and I won't be looking back.

I lived here for two years and when we moved in the place was great, but overtime it has continued to decline. The biggest change in quality was about a year ago when they changed management and all but two of their staff left. We were last minute told that the unit we had been applying for wasn't going to be available in time because they needed to replace the shower and then they moved us into a different unit this past year. The in sink aerator, the laundry machine, the dryer, and the fridge all had to be completely replaced. We went 6 months without a working washer or dryer in unit and had to use other units machines which we would get locked out of every two weeks, they took our clothes and laundry soaps multiple times. Our A/C unit broke and flooded and it took them all day in the middle of June to send someone out to fix it. This happened at both units we lived in except at the first unit the A/C was left broken for a month and we had to move out with no a/c. Because the A/C broke in our most recent unit there was mold all over the unit and mold in all of our furniture. The sink flooded our floor in the middle of the night and they didn't fix it until the next day. Every maintenance request is an argument filled with being gaslit and told " that's just how a (insert appliance) works". The only thing about living at Creekfront that isn't absolutely awful is Alexandra at the front office. She has always been kind, respectful, and helpful. Anytime I have an issue I ask to speak with her. She should be in charge of the neighborhood if you want anyone to actually continue living there.
