Cove at Peninsula

There's nothing to say it's just a place to sleep that costs too much. Way too much. Can't hardly afford to eat pay my bills. Can't afford to stay, can't afford to go somewhere else. Who cares? Just pay. If you could lower the rent, that would be great. That way, we could afford to eat.

Nothing was done still have wasp on my patio forming nest and no one from maintenance came. So I’m not sure how they resolved my pest control issue.

Do not waste your money or time renting with this company or at this community. Aside from what most reviews are saying regarding maintenance requests being put off or outright ignored, this is not a safe place to live. When you move in they tell you that the community has a gate which only allows access to residents or visitors of the community. In the 15 months I have lived here that gate has been broken, wide open, and seemingly no effort from the company which owns this property to fix it. This allows anybody to come into the community and cause absolute madness, specifically at the pool. There have been MULTIPLE shootings and fights in the parking lot, police are constantly being called, packages get stolen from our doorstep, and our cars have been broken into. They do not take care of the outside or inside of the units, the parking lots, community spaces, and breezeways are all littered with garbage, the water bordering the property smells like rotting eggs, the plumbing is constantly being shut off due to maintenance, the apartments flood, get bugs, etc. This place is just disgusting and the people who work for this leasing company and are meant to help you do not. The only appealing space about this community is the leasing office (wonder why). It is cheap but not worth the security risk and the constant headaches you will encounter living here.

I actually love my area here at Cove, but my request to get repairs done take a very long time to get fixed or not at all.. My screens on my patio has still not been fixed.. I am a very neat and orderly person and just like for things to be in its proper place.
