Cottage Street at eTown

This is a wonderful community; however, due to the start of construction on Vicar’s Landing, I have to advise potential tenants to not move here. Construction started with no warning from the developer, and the machinery comes up right along my back wall as early as 7am. The construction literally rattles my unit, and the machinery drivers have a direct line of sight into my unit. It’s a huge bummer, especially because I picked my unit specifically for the view and quiet of being along the perimeter. Since this appears to be a “take it or leave it” situation, I simply can’t justify staying here past my current lease. It’s too expensive to be living this close to a construction zone. So unfortunate!

I fell in love with the place, but the conditions for new residents don’t seem worth it, and it’s already so expensive /: There aren’t any good offers for new residents, so I was really disappointed.

I had an amazing experience with the Cottages at eTown, especially working with Justice Springer. I needed my move-in date changed, and she handled it quickly and without any issues. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to help make this move as smooth as possible. Justice took the time to let me walk through the cottage and patiently answered all of my random questions—even things like “how high is the counter?” Her responsiveness and willingness to help really made a difference during this process. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. If my experience so far is any indication, it’s going to be a wonderful place to live. I can’t wait to call this place home!

My wife and I toured with Justice and she was so professional and made the application process so easy. We are so excited to move in! The community is clean and welcoming, and the cottages are spacious. We highly recommend this community and their team!
