Cielo is a nice, quiet place to live. Yashua is very warm and inviting and goes above and beyond to assist. I am new to the community, but so far have had a good experience. I needed some things taken care of, and Maintenance came right over. I understand that there may be some issues due to the age of the buildings, but they have done a good job trying to fix the issues. If you are looking to start over and like a nice, peaceful nature scenery as well as pet pet-friendly. I would highly recommend.

I lived here for 3 years from 2021-2024 in a 2 bedroom and I would say this is a decent place if you're looking to save money and don't care too much about appearances or amenities. Some maintenance issues; sewage water backed up into the toilet and the tub, flooding the whole bathroom and carpet in the hallway. Maintenance came the same day and did fix the issue. The AC broke during the summer and flooded the closet in the apartment and left a mildew smell that never went away. It took about 2 weeks to get fixed, and maintenance left a fan in the apartment to air out the dampness. Appliances in the kitchen need to be trashed. The fridge leaked and I had to keep a container in the fridge to catch the water. The stove was old and rusted with holes in it. The countertops and cabinets were falling apart. In my 3 years there, the pools were never open once and I would not recommend anyone use the laundry room which has 6 washers for the whole complex, is not regularly cleaned, and is never locked so anyone can walk in. Roaches throughout the complex. The apartment itself is very big with lots of closet space and a nice patio area. The bedrooms are a great size and can fit two twin beds if needed. The neighborhood is nice enough and I never had any neighbor issues. Maintenance was reliable but new management took over right at the end of my time there and was less responsive. The new management also did a horrible paint job on the apartments while increasing prices. But overall, a 2 bedroom here is still way cheaper than other areas, so you get what you pay for.

Edit: yes they will have your car towed. They tried to have mine towed because my tire was slack. And yes, the walls are paper thin. I had a neighbor whose baby constantly screamed. One night I yelled out "PLEASE GET THE BABY" and the father kicked the wall and his foot came all the way thru to my side. Then he ran off and never came back. They fixed it but, that shows just how thin the walls are. I also could hear my neighbors cough and their alarm every morning. God forbid someone plays music. You might as well be at the party with them. The recent reviews are not lies. I was unable to use the bathroom in the master bedroom for at least 2 years because of plumbing. First it starts, the sewage system starts to alarm by the maintenance building, then you might as well prepare for your sinks and toilets to start backing up. The toilet in the master bathroom leaked from somewhere l, into the floor l. Then in master bath (3bed 2bath) when I would flush my toilet, it would back up into my shower and sink. They sent maintenance, he said it was too much for him to handle so they sent professionals. They removed the toilet and did a bunch of stuff that did not help. The toilet ran constantly and you could literally hear water leaking into the floor which was right over the breezeway to enter the units. Well, there was constantly a huge wet spot in front of my neighbor's front door, from the leaking toilet. This started in late 2020. They were made aware in 2020. The attempted professional repair happened in 2021. I eventually turned off the water to the toilet in 2021 and NEVER used that bathroom again up until the time I left in 2023. I was stuck using the hall bathroom with my kids, which was hardly any better. You had to wipe, flush, wipe, flush... Sometimes that still didn't help. Toilet would overflow and leak into my downstairs neighbors unit. Shower in hall bathroom never drained properly. Black mold was growing on all vents in the unit. I showed them, they said it was harmless. I don't think my family has recovered from breathing it in. A/c unit always leaked into the neighbors unit as well. Even in the first unit (2bed 1bath) the shower pipes leaked into the downstairs unit. The place was really just unsafe. Also, one time I got an eviction because they said I hadn't paid rent since July, it was October. The only thing that saved me, was the second person in the office literally saw me paying rent to the manager. Thank goodness he was there. Had he not been, rent would've just been MIA. Although it didn't go to writ of eviction, the original eviction still shows up on my court records. Now they can't even flush tissue. Regular tissue! The paint is HORRIBLE on the outside. Idk what the deal is with it. Looks like my son's started the job and didn't finish. A pure mess.

UPDATE SEE PHOTOS: There are now mushrooms in the newly replaced carpet and a giant wet spot from a water leak in the walls. This has been reported to the management team as a health issue. And surprise no response. They’re more concerned with trapping more tenants in unsafe conditions than they are with fixing existing health and safety issues. Renters beware!!!! My friend lives there and has had wet carpet from a leak that has been persistent for over a year. When they asked about mold they were brushed off and told if it was moldy there’d be mushrooms in the carpet. Now fast forward the new owners Yashua new leasing manager has been in email correspondence and has promised that yesterday someone would come by to resolve the situation, no one came no one called or emailed. Now they’re telling tenants they CANNOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER from now on, as they don’t want to fix the plumbing and will be fining you for using toilet paper. It’s not like they’re providing a bidet as a solution. Mind you my friends bathroom is under sewage water that has crept up from the toilet and out of the sink and bathtub. This place is uninhabitable. They won’t resolve the issues with current tenants but are quick to try and paint and flip a unit for a new tenant to move into this nightmare mess. It feels like bait and switch. These guys need to be shut down for code violation before they prey on more tenants. Attaching photos of the paint job and windows with paint overspray over all over.

I just recently renewed my lease in October. So, im going on 2 years now. 😍 Its quiet and worth the amount of money I pay. I am always recommending my apartment complex. Its a 2 bedroom / 1 bath. Its affordable and I had a minor issue, after the storm, it was fixed immediately. I didn't have to submit a ticket. I just told the maintenance man and it was fixed within hours. The pool is deep 8 ft and usually clean. Kids are usually supervised too and everyone keeps to themselves . I love Ms. Jackie she has given me opportunity after opportunity, and her presences is always uplifting. Its not a 5 star Apartment Complex but I feel safe and like the staff cares. The apartment is spacious enough for the price. I've even had a maintenance man give me positive advice on my car. This was my first apartment on my own and definitely worth the experience.
