Cabana Club - Galleria Club

Out of my years living at Cabana Club I’ve received nothing but courtesy. From the team in the office to the maintenance crew. Vanessa and Mary in the office were so accommodating I couldn’t stop smiling. They have helped me transfer from one unit to another with no problem. I’d like to thank you very much for everything. I think it’s definitely worth the rent fees.

I transferred from Galleria Club last Monday after having lived there for 8 years. I must say I was on edge about making sure I wasn’t treated unfairly with regard to the move out fees based on the reviews. I can now say that I had a wonderful experience working with the property manager Christine. Despite pushback and countering feedback, I feel like Christine advocated for me and ensured that I had a smooth transfer. I really appreciate all that she did and I am thankful that she personally took charge of my transfer. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living at Galleria Club. I would say that no property management is perfect so I definitely had a few instances of communication failures but in the end it was always resolved. Being that I lived there for 8 years none of those moments tarnished my experience. So far I have had a wonderful experience with most of the Fort Family staff and I hope this remains true. Overall, I would recommend living here. The maintenance team is amazing and the property is well kept. Thank you again Christine for all of your help!

I lived here for 18 months and loved it. I was referred by my brother who also lived here to move in. The move in process was easy as well as submitting maintenance requests and paying rent online. As well as this, I needed a one bedroom place quick after living for a year in a 2bed 2bath and they allowed me to move out early and gave me a wonderful price for a 1bed 1bath. The transfer process was easy and everyone I talked with was very nice. I highly recommend this place for the location, price, amenities, and staff.

Highly recommend working with Danielle in the leasing office! She was absolutely incredible. We first moved in to Cabana Club a little over 2 years ago, and had a horrible experience with our leasing agent at the time. But since we have moved in, we LOVE it! Maintenance is great and really timely, and overall a good place to live. We recently transferred to a bigger apartment in Galleria Club, and Danielle was incredible! So so kind and welcoming, she made the process easier than we ever expected. Definitely changed what would’ve been a 1 star rating into a 5 star!!

We toured these & they are beautiful, but the price was a little high for us. Our leasing agent Sarah called us when they had a special deal with a lower rate & we are so pleased! We did pay a security deposit so keep that in mind. Been here about a month & maintenance comes so quickly for repairs. The apt looked brand new with fresh carpet when we moved in. The amenities are amazing. By far the nicest apt I’ve lived in. We’re on the 2nd floor & overall it’s quiet. Also very safe feeling in this community & people are friendly. It’s spacious & our favorite is the screened patio. Our cats love it! So far a great experience!!
