I had a really pleasant experience with the office, especially Courtney. She and Ashley worked very hard to get everything handled for me so that I can move in in a timely manner. She was always checking in with me and making sure that everything was OK.

Cynthia is always responsive and helpful! We are enjoying living at Brookwood Club!

I wouldn’t recommend living here. The place frequently has issues; maintenance requests take days to address, and the office is often inaccessible as they rarely answer calls or are closed when you visit. There’s a termite problem I reported four months ago that remains unresolved. I also signed up for a unit upgrade with wood flooring, but I received carpet instead. When I moved in, it was unclean, and no repairs were made. I’ve been bitten multiple times by spiders, and despite requesting repairs, two weeks have passed without response. The closet ceiling has holes, and the contractor was supposed to fix it weeks ago, but nothing has been done. It’s better to spend an extra $200 on a higher-quality place to avoid such issues. Overall, everything is deteriorating, and the situation is terrible.

(THIS IS AN OLD REVIEW)Magic Mike RIP (head maintenance guy)is so sweet and very helpful. He gets the job done and it’s done right. I’ve been living here for about two years. No complaints from me. The staff is great. Ms Barbara knows me by name. She’s always so friendly. Ms Tina is on top of it and she’s the real deal as a property manager. I appreciate you ladies. I love living here. They keep the property clean and don’t play about the complex.

2026 Review Update: Live here between two different owners. First owners were amazing and top tier. Second ones are slowly improving and at least always nice. Their tenant choices have been a lot better too, we use to get people who would leave trash everywhere or were rude and loud as hell. finally.. it's the end of the June and you mean to tell me with all these buildings, only two of the small pools are open?
