I was charged $50 for supposedly leaving two bags of trash outside the dumpster; however, the dumpster area has been overflowing with garbage, furniture, and bulky waste for a long time. I have photographs proving that the area was already in a deplorable state. It seems unfair to fine residents when management doesn't properly maintain the waste management area. If I leave my trash next to my apartment, I get charged; and if I use the dumpster area—which is already overflowing—I get charged as well. Residents shouldn't be penalized for a problem caused by poor property management. Please address the dumpster situation and act fairly regarding these charges.

I have photos showing the area was already in terrible condition. It feels unfair to fine residents when management is not maintaining the trash area properly. If I leave trash by my apartment, I get charged, and if I use the dumpster area that is already full, I still get charged. Residents should not be punished for a problem caused by poor property management. Please address the dumpster situation and be fair with these charges.

Make sure you know how to open an escrow account. I'm preparing one now to drop my rent into when my A/C inevitably goes out this summer & I have to wait for them to fix it because my HVAC system has not been serviced by a licensed HVAC technician in the last 4 years. Maintenance spraying hot water and scraping the coils with the brush when it freezes is NOT proper maintenance.

Living here has its up and downs but they really do try and take care of everyone’s needs. At least they do for me. I never really had any problems living here. My neighbors are really chill and quiet every one keeps to themselves. Pool is nice and open. They have 2. Everything is really close shopping wise, restaurants and grocery stores. But yeah I’ve had issues but they’ve taken care of it every time. Overall I enjoy living here!

Whatever you do, do NOT waste your time and money on this place. There is a major mold problem in the roof due to not keeping up with the apartments, and there’s a major roach/baby moths infestation due to nobody doing monthly sprays anymore. if you’re gonna spend almost $2,000 for rent FIND YOURSELF A BETTER APARTMENT COMPLEX!! , maintenance and people who work for the complex take this as a sign to take care of ur apartments and remodel them . 1/5 stars BEING generous 😂😂😂
