Beachline Apartments

I have had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community, and a huge part of that is because of the incredible staff. The leasing team is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. They truly make residents feel welcome and valued. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They are responsive, efficient, and do a great job keeping the property well-maintained. Any service requests are handled promptly, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. I would especially like to recognize the new Property Manager, Patricia Rodriguez. She has been absolutely amazing and has made a noticeable positive impact on the community. Patricia is professional, approachable, caring, and genuinely dedicated to both the residents and the property. Her leadership, communication, and commitment to excellence are evident in everything she does. It’s refreshing to see a team that truly cares about its residents. Thank you to Patricia, the leasing staff, and the maintenance team for all of your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!

The management is garbage your residents are part of your community and family - you need to take care of them. It’s disgusting.

I’ve had such a great experience living here for the past 10 months! The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything or have any questions. It also has amazing amenities- it’s gated & secure, has a beautiful pool with plenty of comfy, lounging options, a 24/7 updated & well-kept gym, a car wash station, & even a dog spa for my little guy! They also have a variety of social & food options like yummy food trucks & themed community social events. My apartment itself is very nicely updated, spacious, & truly feels like home. If you’re looking to be close to the beach (only 10 minutes away!), but nearby a great variety of shops & restaurants, this is a great spot to be in! I definitely recommend looking into Beachline to call home! 😊

Amazing place to live, office ladies are amazing and maintenance team are phenomenal!
