We called Beach Villas Apartments home for over 4 years. We only moved because of a job transfer 4 hours away. Our time at Beach Villas was a great experience all the way around. Tayler in the front office is the best property manager we have ever experienced in our renting history. The maintenance team Phil and Alfredo always fixed any issue fast and efficient. Beach Villas Apartments isn't just a great community to call home but it's also very conveniently located to the interstate, unf, Jacksonville community college, shopping, military bases and the beach.

This is the best apartment community I have lived in all my years of renting. The property is maintained very well it's quiet it is nice to come home too every day. To the staff that work in the office thumbs up 100% the most professional ladies I've ever worked with very nice to talk to I can see why the community is doing so well because of these ladies that work in the office. And the maintenance staff you are amazing you are the unsung heroes

The apartments are... OK, the property isn't honestly taken care of. In my honest opinion it has to be owned by a hedge fund! If a property company owned it, there wouldn't be a sink hole forming or the problems that exist like AC, calking, lack of batteries in the smoke detectors... but I digress. Look for yourself.

Came very close to signing a lease here, the 2bed 2bath was very nice, we ultimately wound up needing somewhere with more storage. But our experience with Taylor was fantastic, very passion about this community and was beyond helpful in our search!! Very clean and very quiet cute neighborhood.

Beach Villas was an amazing experience over 2 years. Taylor working the office is one of the BEST people ever. She is very friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of and you feel comfortable from day one. This was the second apartment we have moved into and the process was so easy and helpful and felt like home. We took our dog to the well kept dog park daily, she absolutely loved it. Was a great experience, hope to be back soon, and Taylor better still be in charge!
