Beach Villas Apartments

I want to share an experience at the community pool that made me uncomfortable. On one visit, while I was in the pool, the pool maintenance worker entered the area. I greeted him, but did not receive a response. I asked if we needed to get out of the pool, and his reply was no reply. He then began adding chemicals to the pool while I was still in the water. There was no clear communication about whether the pool was safe to remain in during this process, which left me feeling uneasy in the moment. On a couple of later visits, I noticed the same worker arrived while I was using the pool. Because of the previous experience, I chose to exit the pool immediately when he showed up, as I was no longer comfortable staying in the water during maintenance. Pool maintenance is understandable and necessary, but clearer communication and ensuring the pool is properly cleared before chemicals are added would make the experience feel much safer and more professional.

I have lived here for several years now. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful!!! ❤️ If I had any issues, which hasn’t been much, they all were very prompt and respectful. The community is quiet and neighbors are a polite, adult working class type of people. It’s a small community that cares, generally speaking. Also, it is convenient to most anything you need! Units are all on one level so no stairs to climb if you are not one who can handle stairs well. (makes moving in easy)! I am comfortable.
