Beach Bluff Apartments

This neighborhood has been nothing but a blessing since we moved in a few months ago, me and my fiancé rent a quaint little one bedroom and we absolutely adore it. There’s a well managed and very clean laundromat in the complex that’s accessible to everyone which has been so helpful because our washer is broken. Our property manager Michelle is the kindest lady I have ever met and she really tries to connect with all the residents. Maintenance is very speedy and thorough. As some who has lived everywhere in the Jacksonville area twice over, this is by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived.

We've not been living here long but the entire experience has been rather pleasant, the neighbors are friendly, every interaction with the property manager Michelle has been nothing short of amazing, even in the event that we had problems with a guest we had over and were the problem ourselves. I would 100% recommend living here, the place is really a hidden gem given its off a busy street, in a good area, has a great property manager, friendly neighbors, and maintanance problems are handled rather quickly on top of being safe and affordable.

Michelle is fantastic! She is patient, very welcoming, GETS THINGS DONE and makes sure everyone at the complex is taken care of. I moved into a unit that needed full renovation and went above and beyond in making sure my unit was ready in a timely manner and it looks fantastic! Quite complex, great location and even better staff!

Had an amazing experience living here for almost 2 years. Wish we could stay. Michelle, the property manager is amazing. Kind, understanding, and trustworthy. Maintenance is seriously amazing too, reliable, respectful and always on the move doing something. Neighbors are very quiet and friendly. If you can get past the lack of amenities and central AC, you will love living here.
