This property is absolutely amazing. However my experience with the office staff has consistently been poor. They quickly point out when you do something wrong. Every time I call or visit the office, it’s a hassle. They don’t communicate with each other so if one of them tell you that you need to provide something or sign something you have to chase down the person who asked you to do so. You leave messages they don’t return your call, you stop by and get told that person will follow up with you they don’t. They have no idea what customer service is and don’t even understand why you find it frustrating to chase them when you need something they make excuses for their lack of customer service and take no accountability. They have changed staff multiple times but fail to address the person that is responsible. The events are horrible, they make very little effort when it comes to events and then don’t understand why few residents show up. They advertise events and then do not communicate if an event has been canceled. When you ask about it they blame corporate and take no accountability for the fact that they could have at minimum communicated. We pay a lot of money to live here and the only value for your money is the amenities

She was great! gave me a tour of the apts, showed me all the features and amenities, even played with my dog! i would highly recommend coming to visit Jennifer if your thinking about renting here!

I wanted to update my previous review because management has made a noticeable effort to address the concerns I raised. The common areas are much cleaner, the hallways are being maintained, and the overall appearance of the property has improved significantly. I appreciate that management took the feedback seriously and followed through with meaningful improvements. It’s encouraging to see a commitment to providing residents with a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Thank you to the management and maintenance teams for the work they’ve put into improving the community. It’s always nice to see concerns acknowledged and resolved. Old Review As a resident, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this community. The hallways and common areas are consistently dusty, trash is often scattered throughout the property, and there is sludge and debris around the trash collection areas in the buildings . What concerns me most are the sanitation issues that remain from previous flooding events. There are areas where what appears to be fecal contamination has not been properly cleaned, creating serious health and safety concerns for residents. I recently reported these issues and was informed that the work had been completed. Unfortunately, after walking the property, I found that little to nothing had changed. It is frustrating to be told problems have been resolved when the conditions remain clearly visible. Residents pay to live in a clean and safe environment. Management needs to take these concerns seriously, improve communication, and ensure that reported issues are actually addressed rather than simply marked as completed.
