Avenue 1601

I've been staying in Avenue 1601 for a year and a half and I can honestly say that I've had any issues....And I love the way the property manager maintains the complex I appreciate the concern because some of the tenants keeps up allot of foolishness and when police and the property manager gets involved then people feel like they're being done wrong but I have no issues with Avenue 1601 at all.....

I’ve been living at Avenue 1601, and I just want to say that the property manager has been absolutely phenomenal. She stays on top of everything and truly cares about the residents and the community. Whenever there’s an issue, she handles it quickly and professionally. Even when things around the complex aren’t looking their best, she makes sure problems are addressed and resolved. She’s a true problem solver, very organized, and all about getting things done the right way. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants the community to be a great place to live. Avenue 1601 is fortunate to have her.

I have had a wonderful experience living in this community, largely due to the dedication of our property manager. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, valued, and heard. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for the well-being of the community create an environment where people can feel comfortable calling this place home. It is clear that she takes great pride in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere, and her efforts do not go unnoticed. I am truly grateful for the positive impact she has made on both the community and my overall living experience.

Hello I currently live at Avenue 1601 an have been a resident for a year. And I only have nice things to say about the maintenance crew, as well as the office lady. Whenever I had a problem which wasn’t often maintenance was right on top of it. GREAT JOB! Far as the office lady. I commend her dedication to making sure her tenants are safe. Investigating a resolving any altercation that has occurred out here. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I've been talking to people around this neighborhood, and the crazy part is they're saying the same things I've been thinking this whole time. It ain't just me noticing it anymore. Resident after resident keeps bringing up the same concerns. The office manager is constantly riding around the property, even after office hours. Every time you turn around, there she is, driving through the neighborhood, watching everything that's going on. At some point you start wondering: if she's off work, why is she still here? How does she always seem to know everything happening around the property? Meanwhile, everybody keeps talking about how much the place has changed. Sure, the buildings look better. Sure, they cleaned some things up. But a fresh coat of paint doesn't solve management problems. Residents care about professionalism, communication, and feeling comfortable in their own community. I've reached the point where I want answers. In fact, several of us have discussed taking our concerns higher up the chain. We want to know who's overseeing this property and who's holding management accountable. We're considering reaching out directly to Alpha Creek Services LLC because many of us feel our concerns deserve to be heard by someone above the local office. This isn't just one resident complaining. These are conversations happening throughout the neighborhood. People are paying attention, people are talking, and people want accountability. At the end of the day, residents deserve transparency, professionalism, and management that focuses on serving the community instead of making people feel uncomfortable in their own neighborhood.
