Artea Apartments

The gate to the garage still isn’t working. It’s been inoperable for the past 6 months or so. Very disappointing. Safety is an issue here. I hope they fix it soon.

Tessa is the best! Hands down. She has always answered every one of my million and one questions and solved every problem or concern I may have had. Steve and the maintenance team is also the best! He always goes above and beyond and never made me feel like a bother if I needed something done in my apartment. I just wish the carpet got vacuumed regularly on the upper level floors, the tile cleaned, and big carpet stains handled more frequently in order to maintain a clean and more sanitary feel.

Lack of security and safety. Have gotten random knocks on my door late hours of the night over the weekend. Loud intoxicated people coming from the rooftop lounge late at night on weekends. Highly disappointed in my stay here.

Tessa is absolutely great! She made my entire move in experience smooth. I can be a bit demanding when I am choosing a place to live but she never made me feel like I was a bother and I appreciate that. The maintenance team is outstanding. They are so timely, effective and the maintenance manager Steve is literally the best and goes over and above. The entire team does and I truly appreciate that.

Leasing agents were rude and did not communicate well. I got ghosted within the first week!!
