Alderman Park Apartments

Had an appointment to view apartments. When I arrived the office was closed with the sign be back in an hour . Tried calling got voicemail left a message. Couple hours later somebody called me having not listened to my voicemail. When I asked them if they listened to my voicemail asking them to call me to let me know why they weren't at the office they said hold on to check the voicemail and then hung up. I wouldn't have wanted to rent there anyway it's an old motel in a sketchy area

Relocating here from another state was so smooth because The staff at Alderman park apartments made it that way! I am really happy here and they come IMMEDIATELY if I need them to come for maintenance. I’ve never lived in a place where Maintenance comes as fast as they do here. The girls at the office are so sweet and professional! I enjoy the pool here and all of the amenities. I’m glad I came to live at Alderman park apartments, it was the best decision ever! Thank you 🙏🏼

Alderman park staff is beyond amazing!!!! Yari is just wonderful! She picked up my calls every time and I called a lot! Never annoyed always helpful! Coming from out of state it was new to me and she made me feel at home with the whole process of relocating and making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move. If I could give Yari 10 stars I would! Thank you Yari :)

Mr. Doug and Mr. James has been a true blessing to Alderman Apartments. My husband and I have been residents for over 20 years, and I must say these two guys really care about the property and the tenants. My work orders are done in a timely manners and that's never happened in years. So my husband and I would like to thank you for all the hard work and hours you guys put .
