5 Thousand Town by ARIUM Apartments

I want to say thank you to Kato for coming through on my maintenance requests. Apart from his duties, Kato is friendly and cares about the building. Shoutout to the rest of the team as well. Gia was great in every step of the process and hope the team stays strong and wish them a successful happy new year.

On 1/2/26 I requested a maintenance service request for a door lock issue with my door to the apartment. The service was quick and professional. The gentleman(I didn’t get his name)was polite and professional and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Overall we have had a pleasant experience here and professional service like we experienced today is another example of the first class experience at 5 Thousand Towns apartments.

Took a tour today with Gia as my guide and she was simply amazing along with her partner in crime Brooke. This building is great with concrete floors and the amenities are very competitive with other properties in the area. I would 100% consider moving here however the prices are higher than the surrounding apartments and the internet provided is only 12MBPS!!!!! This is unacceptable in 2025 especially with almost everything needed to be connected to the internet. Something needs to be done about that ASAP!!! Thank you again Gia and Brooke you ladies are a whole vibe!

BIG SHOUT OUT team at 5000 town. Excellent maintenance team and housekeeping. A very big thank you to Gia and Makayla, most memorable Leasing agents I’ve ever had. Gia, I wish I could take you with me. It was a pleasure getting to know you. Really appreciate you, thank you.

I live here currently and love this place. The management is good and so are the respective staff and managers. They are very helpful, polite and happy folks. But the 2 stars has been because of the pathetic conditions of internet, it’s been 3 months now and the internet plan upgrade has been stalled forcing us to pay a lot of money but internet services are really really poor. There has been no desire to fix the problem as well. The faculties are well-kept and sparingly used by folks here so if you are up for it, you can very well use the gym or swimming pool or others. I have got a lovely balcony unit, couldn’t have asked for more sunshine and airy apartment.
