11 East Forsyth Apartments

Been here for 6 months and every month their auto payment system has failed to properly execute the rent payment. No one has been helpful to fix this so every month I gotta remember to go reconnect my VyStar account and make the payment so I can avoid the late fee. On top of which their payment portal has a fee to pay your rent which is so silly to charge me to take money out of my account and you can’t even do that right but oh if your payment system fails I still owe a late fee. Disgusting.

Moving into this apartment was such a big moment for me, and I truly don’t think it would have happened without Kim. From the very beginning, she was so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through everything, reassured me when I felt overwhelmed, and made the entire process feel so much less stressful. Kim went above and beyond in every way, and it honestly meant more to me than I can put into words. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and compassion—she made this experience a really positive one.
