Villas at Ashton Square & High Springs

We have been tenants for about five years, and Eimy is one of the best landlords we have ever had! Maintenance requests are handled promptly (with a fast response time), and her team is always professional and respectful. One of the biggest highlights is how communicative and fair she is. As long as you are reasonable and respectful, she is more than willing to work with you, which made our experience peaceful and pleasant over the years. We truly enjoyed living at the Villas and would highly recommend them. The property is affordable, well-maintained, and located in a relatively safe area. We are very grateful for the positive experience we’ve had here over the years.

Living at the Village at Ashton Square was a wonderful experience and a blessing from God. The management team is excellent. Maintenance issues were taken care of the same day 95% of the time. Is a quiet peaceful place with excellent neighbors. My father a 87 years old Koran war veteran enjoyed the friendly conversations the neighbors and management ofered him on his daily walks. I felt like I was living among extended family. We really miss the customer service we got at the Village at Ashton Square. Eimy Perez is an excellent manager.

My husband and I stayed here a little bit over a year and our experience was amazing! Eimy, the manager was always available whenever we needed her. She is super professional, friendly and always willing to help. Also, maintenance (George) always made sure our requests were getting done. This complex is very peaceful, safe and enjoyable. My husband and I were so blessed to have found this place to live for some time and met some wonderful people! We highly recommend it!

During my initial apartment search around University Avenue, I encountered many landlords who were difficult to communicate with and slow to respond. But at Villas at Ashton Square, my experience was wonderfully different. Eimy, the manager, is exceptional. She truly cares about her tenants, is approachable, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. Her responsiveness and dedication made us feel valued and heard, which is rare to find. The maintenance man, George, is equally outstanding. Friendly and diligent, he keeps the complex clean and well-maintained. Thanks to his efforts, the community felt safe, comfortable, and inviting. Our two years here exceeded our expectations. The complex is clean, safe, and reasonably priced. If not for a new job opportunity, we wouldn’t have considered leaving. My husband and I lived here for two wonderful years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The complex is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has a true sense of community. Jorge, the maintenance technician, is always quick to respond and efficient with any repairs – whether it’s a stuck sink or something more complex. Eimy, the manager, is truly the heart of the apartment; she manages the property with such dedication and warmth that it feels like home. If it weren’t for work taking us to the West Coast, we would have happily stayed here until we were ready to buy a permanent home. We genuinely hope the management recognizes how lucky they are to have such outstanding staff. If we find ourselves back in Gainesville, this would be our first choice without a doubt!
