Uptown Village Apartments

This is my second month living at uptown villiage apartment Nettlie our new complex manager, she came two days after I moved in and has done a tremendous job taking care of so many situations. She is about her business and very passionate about the uptown village community. She make sure the rules are followed by all the residence she didn’t make them. It’s her job to make sure they are enforced. I feel safe and secure with Nettlie as the property manager I have seen her walking around picking up paper, keeping it nice and clean wiping off street signs on the Property, are a couple of jobs I’ve seen Nettlie go out her way. I haven’t live in a community like this in over 25 years but with Nettlie as our new property manager, I’m sure I made a great choice choosing Uptown Village making my new home. kudos to Nettlie Keep up the good work job well done! My husband and I had the pleasure of touring this community because we found out that the community manager we absolutely loved at our current apartment complex is now here. She completely transformed the property where we currently live. From the moment she arrived, communication improved, maintenance issues were addressed much more efficiently, the property looked better, and you could tell she genuinely cared about the residents. She set a standard that was impossible not to notice!! Unfortunately, after she left, we’ve seen firsthand just how much of a difference one exceptional community manager can make. It became obvious that so much of what made our community enjoyable was because of her leadership, organization, and dedication. When we toured her new property, it didn’t surprise us at all that it was beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. She has a way of making people feel valued, and it shows in every aspect of the community she manages. If you’re looking for a place where management truly cares, stays on top of things, and takes pride in the community, I can’t recommend this property enough. Great communities don’t happen by accident, they’re built by great leaders, and she is one of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
