I've lived here for 11 years. There have been a few cases of annoying dogs, or a lazy neighbor who invited roaches into our homes, but overall the best apartment in Gainesville for how cheap it is. Less than a 10 minute drive to many places on campus.

I stayed few months with Golden Sun. They were very responsive and committed. It was very convenient process of moving in and out and maintaince and everything. Also location is walkable to walmart, dollar tree, aldi , recreational center...

Very nice place to stay . Offer reasonable on rent ranging from 450-600$ . Swimming pool is available for the resident . Neat and clean environment . Dedicated and lot of parking place. The the stores and shops Walmart, Aldi are 20 minutes walk away. Butler plaza is just 5 min away.

Rented an Airbnb room for a very good value from a very nice couple. Overall, the condominium was run down but much cheaper than the ridiculous amount Gainesville hotels charge during the football season.

Really cheap off-campus housing! you get your own bathroom and a nice room for like $400-$500 based on your landlord. Good price if you're serious about saving up and actually living a college life!
