Treebecka Park Apartments

Where can I start!! I’m very grateful for having chosen treebeckaparks apartments. Right from the start prior to moving in and contract signing I felt supported through the application. Laurent was kind enough to schedule a live online tour of the unit I’m interested in and discussed different move in options with me. Then I paid a security deposit and they’ve held my apartment for two months until I came. During the days before I came in, Katie sent me amazing photos of my unit and made sure that everything was taken care of. Even when I arrived on the first day she seamlessly explained everything to me regarding my contract, rent, maintenance, etc. right then I knew that I was in good hands. Lovely place in a close proximity to my work with a quiet neighborhood is something I appreciate highly being able to sleep with little to no outside noise. The leasing office was my initial stop when I first arrived, there I met Chris with a big smile and welcoming vibe. He helped me moving my bags and offered my a ride with his own car to my unit as the weather was really hot. When I initially came into the unit, I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and high end kitchen cabinets that looked like just new!!!However, I had a minor dissatisfaction regarding my carpet flooring. The management and the entire leasing office team represented by Katie and Christian have addressed my concerns promptly and within a couple of days they brought in the flooring company to install a new carpet for me. Moreover, any maintenance issues I faced during my stay in were addressed within 24-hours. They were kind enough to write me credit rent for the days I was affected by this situation. My overall experience has been nothing short of wonderful! I would recommend Treebeckapark to everyone I know that is considering relocating to Gainesville!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have signed with Treebecka Park apartments. Prior to moving in, I felt supported through the application process as property manager, Katie, diligently took the time to update me on its status. During the days before move in, Katie sent amazing photos of my unit & assured me that all maintenance was being completed in a timely manner. The photos allowed me to prep/plan with the floor plan in regard to furniture set up. The unit was spotless and move in ready upon move in day. After moving in & during my lease, all maintenance requests/concerns were addressed within 24 hours. Sometimes even the same day, within hours after submission! The team here at Treebecka Park is nothing short of incredible. They go above & beyond to manage their property. Katie is always so friendly & extremely professional within her role. Landscaping is always well kept & the property itself is peaceful to live in. If you are looking for a tranquil, 1 bedroom home, do not look further! The living room/bedroom are spacious and the French doors make for the best natural light. Neighbors are friendly and the dog park/pickleball court is an amazing perk! I always appreciated Katie’s email signature, you’re going to love it at Treebecka Park, because you truly will! I cannot recommend Treebecka Park enough and will miss living in this beautiful place!

Me and partner tried calling this place 2 times during the week day to view an apartment. No answer each time so we decided to drive around to take a look and we saw the property manager walking out so we stopped and asked if she’s showing apartments today, which she responded with a huge attitude asking when we want to see it “right now or today” I said today and she said “no” which took me back a bit then I proceeded to say well I have called 2 times during the week and have gotten no answer from you guys and she responded with “ok what do you want me to do about it” and then walks away. SO I’m very confused and disgusted with this experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! So unprofessional!!

Lived here for a year and had an amazing experience. Only moving out because I needed more space. Katie is incredibly kind and helpful. She always worked with me when I had questions or requests. Her flexibility both during my move-in and my move-out processes allowed things to go much smoother for me and I can't thank her enough for it. Hernan is also super kind. Every single time we had a maintenance request, whether big or small, he got it done quickly and was always super friendly about it. I was in one of the standard, smaller units and it was very clean and comfortable. It's one of the best one-bedroom apartments that I've seen and if it weren't for the need for extra space, we probably would have stayed another year.

Overall, it is a nice, affordable place to live with no major issues. The area is nice- being close to the city but still very quiet. There is a lot of nature around- with the conservation area being across the street and with there being so many trees within the community. There are however many falling branches which would often fall on the apartment. The branches were large enough that they would damage a car if they fell on them- luckily that never happened. When we alerted management of a dead tree looming over our area, they promptly took it down. Maintenance overall was a bit inconsistent. They respond very quickly to work orders. Once I called about my AC (I wasn’t angry- I was just trying to put in a work order) and he came 30 min later and fixed it on the spot! Other times they have been not as prompt but the issues were never urgent so I don’t blame them. The only thing I didn’t like in regard to maintenance was that in the beginning when I moved in I identified several things that could be fixed or that were damaged. Really I just wanted it all on paper so I wouldn’t be charged down the road- but we were given a list (verbally) and dates that things would be addressed. Some of those were never addressed where maintenance just didn’t show up. I would’ve just preferred that if they didn’t intend to fix certain things, they could have made that clear so we didn’t expect him to come day after day after rescheduling (on their part when he didn’t come). The gate was operational about 75% of the time that I lived there which of course isn’t perfect but I was only bothered that we didn’t receive any notification about it being broken or the status of the repair. At times there were notices but when the dates weren’t met or when it broke again I would have appreciated more communication. They are also very good about notifying you of certain dates with plenty of time in advance that they will need to enter the apartment for whatever reason. Over my time there there were occasional roaches- about 1 per month on average. The appliances all worked well and nothing looked very run-down (we were not in the renovated unit). There was never a mold issue or a noise issue. I would recommend it as long as it isn’t for more than two people.. seeing as there aren’t really rooms or doors within the apartment. Katie, the manager, is also very friendly.
