Chelsea was amazing!!! I would give her 100 stars if I could. I was born and raised in Miami, FL so moving from another city with my elderly mom and dog was stressful.. Chelsea made it so smooth and easy she guided me step by step and had so much patience answering all my questions. She was pleasant to talk to and so friendly. She is an asset at the Lakes at College Point!!! Love it here already ❤️

I had a phone call with Alexis, one of the leasing agents, and she was wonderful to talk to. She was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about the property and leasing process. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I had all the details I needed to decide if the apartment was the right fit for me. I appreciated how professional and genuine she was. It definitely made a great impression of the community.

From the very first day I came to tour Lakes at College Pointe, Chelsea has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She’s honestly the perfect mix of professional and personable — always friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. Whether I had questions or needed help with anything, she was always quick to respond and happy to assist. It’s rare to find someone who makes the whole process feel so easy and comfortable. I really appreciate everything she’s done and feel lucky to have had her as my leasing consultant! ---and as far as amenities and everything like that, the pool and hot tub are great. The gym is also very solid. It’s an older building so it’s not brand spanking new but they keep everything on the grounds well maintained. Everyone pics up after their dogs. Feel safe here forsure. Thank you so much to Chelsea especially, but also the whole team has been great :)

Thank you Lake's at College Point. I moved in last summer and this place has been awesome! It is nothing like the posts of previous residents! All of my service calls have been resolved within days, with constant communication from staff! I have not had a single problem with neighbors. They are always smiling and wave hello. There is no loud music, at least not in my surrounding buildings. Nobody speeds, too many speed bumps to do that. There are always family's walking at night with their children. The pool area is wonderful and clean. Everything is clean including the grounds, tree's well maintained and grass always cut. The gym is first class, well placed equipment and never overcrowded. The only downfall I have so far is that when they changed from carpet to floating vinyl floors is the noise, foot traffic and any other movements is now noticable. I live in a second floor unit. Kind of wished they kept it carpeted now. I was against carpet at first but it makes play and crawling around with my daughter more comfortable on the body. Don't believe the old posts, 8 months and it has been incredible! Thanks Lake's! Update 8/26/25…. It’s hard to believe that Holly, Izzy Bear, and I have been here nearly 6 years! We are happy and we love it here! The location is ideal for us, the community is nicely cared for, and Izzy Bear loves her walks to the Clubhouse to get belly rubs and yummy treats from the staff, and also where she loves to stop and drop in the middle of any street just to lay there like she rules the world! Her next favorite place to go is the dog park where we will sit for hours while she observes the affairs of her domain! We are so grateful and absolutely love that this a wonderfully dog friendly community. We love our staff in the clubhouse, our maintenance team who always take good care of us when needed, and all our neighbors who have become our family.
